Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas from Southern California. For Christmas this year we took a vacation vs. buying presents, lesson learned? YES it was a bad idea. It wasn't all bad but we can't say it was our favorite family getaway but we learned a lot for the next time!!

Christmas day at Universal Studios, it rained. But that did keep the crowds away!

Aspen was so excited to meet the Grinch because of her recent school performance.

By far Tyler's favorite part was being on the set of his favorite movie War of the Worlds:

We went on a lot of fun rides from Jurassic Park, Simpsons, The Mummy, Studio Tour (including the Wysteria Lane from Desperate Housewives) at Universal Studios to Finding Nemo, Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain, Indiana Jones and the Tower of Terror at Disneyland Parks.

We learned that the day after Christmas at Disneyland is too busy. Staying in a cheap hotel really sucks. Sibling rivalry needs to come to an end in this household or the kids are NEVER going on a trip again!!!
